I never thought I’d end up in insurance; it wasn’t even on my radar. But taking a chance six years ago changed everything for me. I discovered an industry that truly engages me. Now, I can’t picture my life outside of it. The joy I find in helping clients protect what matters most has really shaped my career goals.

2.) When you are at work, how do you motivate yourself?

The driving force behind my motivation at work comes from the love I have for my family. Knowing that my wife and two kids depend on me fuels my commitment to my job every single day. It’s a constant reminder that my efforts have a direct impact on their lives. This sense of responsibility pushes me to be the best version of myself, whether that means learning new skills, tackling challenges, or providing exceptional service to my clients. I strive to create a better life for them, and that personal mission translates into my professional life as well.

One accomplishment I take pride in is learning to get comfortable with being uncomfortable. Whether it’s helping others achieve success or navigating the daily shifts in the insurance industry, each day presents new challenges. It’s crucial to stay ahead of the curve, which often means stepping out of my comfort zone and trying new things. Initially, I resisted change, but now I embrace it and actively seek out daily challenges.
