My family has been my greatest inspiration in pursuing my current career. When the opportunity arose, along with the supportive business model, I recognized its potential to improve my family’s well-being. I envisioned providing them with opportunities that I had only dreamed of, and that motivated me to take this path.
2.) When you are at work, how do you motivate yourself?
My family serves as my primary motivation to excel in my career. Having grown up surrounded by hardworking individuals who demonstrated what it takes to be successful and support a family, I am driven to honor that legacy. With the opportunities presented by this agency and the earning potential in this industry, I am committed to fighting for a better life for my family.
3.) In terms of success, which accomplishments are you most proud of?
I take immense pride in my growth and the responsibilities I have earned at ACIP. Starting as a Sales Advisor, I worked my way up to Lead Advisor and now to Sales Manager. In this role, I have the privilege of coaching, teaching, and mentoring a team, helping them achieve the success that I have experienced.
4.) What do you enjoy the most about working in the insurance industry?
What I enjoy most about the insurance industry is the opportunity for creative problem-solving. Every day presents new challenges, and no two situations are identical. This variety allows me to deepen my expertise and become a subject matter expert, as I learn to navigate the unique circumstances that arise.
5.) What is one piece of advice you would give to someone looking to build a career in insurance?
My key piece of advice for anyone aspiring to build a career in insurance is to remain curious and continuously ask questions, particularly regarding underwriting. This approach will help you discover the best solutions for your customers and deepen your understanding of the industry.
6.) Can you share your journey at America’s Choice Insurance Partners? What motivated you to move into a leadership role, and in your view, what qualities do you believe define a great leader?
My journey began with a desire to return to sales after a stint in the hospitality industry. I saw the significant opportunities and solid business model at ACIP and felt confident that my determination and hard work would lead to success. Once I established a strong foundation as a Sales Advisor, I realized I could do more to help others achieve their goals. While I may not consider myself the most skilled salesperson, my unmatched work ethic has always driven me to overcome obstacles and thrive.
I believe in the principle that if you help enough people achieve their goals, life rewards you in return. This mindset motivates me to support my team in every way possible and to continually learn about the industry. I do not view myself as a finished product; instead, I am committed to pursuing greatness for myself and those around me.

The most rewarding aspect of working in the insurance industry is the ability to simplify complex concepts for our clients. Insurance may not be the most thrilling topic, but when I can clearly communicate its importance and value, I find fulfillment in helping customers appreciate the solutions we provide, rather than merely viewing it as a sale.

To cultivate a culture of teamwork and collaboration, I prioritize open and transparent communication about expectations while genuinely caring about my team’s success. I strive to work together to find solutions for personal development and improvement, rather than simply pointing out shortcomings. By holding high expectations, I commit to going above and beyond for my team, earning their trust through my actions and support, rather than just my words.
