Meet Kyle, one of our dedicated Insurance Advisors at America’s Choice Insurance Partners.

Kyle began his career with us in October of 2023 and has been a valuable member of our team since. His positive mindset and commitment to self-care have helped him stay motivated and energized in his role. Kyle takes pride in his ability to consistently deliver high-quality work and build positive relationships with colleagues and clients alike. His family has been a significant source of inspiration and motivation for him throughout his career, instilling in him strong values and a desire to always strive for more.

Who inspired you to pursue the career you have today?

“My parents have been my greatest source of inspiration, providing me with unwavering support, encouragement, and strong values that have shaped who I am today. Since I was young, they have instilled in me a passion for exploring new experiences, and their guidance has fueled my desire to always strive for more. They taught me not to limit myself to a single career path, which is how I landed in the insurance field. Through their hard work, sacrifices, and dedication, they have shown me the importance of pursuing what truly matters to me. I am grateful for their influence and the role they have played in shaping my career path.”

When you are at work, how do you motivate yourself?

“When I’m at work, I motivate myself by maintaining a positive mindset. I celebrate small victories and progress along the way, no matter how small, to help keep myself motivated and energized. I also prioritize self-care and well-being to ensure that I have the energy and resilience to tackle any challenges that may come my way.”

In terms of success which accomplishments are you most proud of?

“I take pride in every experience, no matter how small, as each one has contributed to my growth and development. I am proud of my ability to consistently deliver high-quality work, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively with colleagues. I approach every task with dedication, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. Additionally, I take pride in the relationships I’ve built, whether through mentorship, support, or teamwork.”

Who are some of your biggest inspirations/motivations? 

“My biggest inspirations and motivations come from my family, who have always been there for me. I come from a large family, and they have been my greatest source of inspiration. My great-grandparents and grandparents faced many hardships in their pursuit of giving us a better life, and their resilience inspires me. My parents, siblings, and close friends have also been a constant source of support, love, and values that have shaped the person I am today. Their presence in my life has been a constant motivation, providing encouragement during challenging times and sharing joy during my successes.”
